Limites propres au service : La recherche d'emails peut couvrir toute la boîte ou un dossier partagé selon le paramètre choisi; il faut donc préciser le périmètre attendu. La récupération complète d'un message passe par une recherche préalable pour obtenir son identifiant. Le téléchargement de pièce jointe nécessite d'abord de trouver le message puis d'obtenir l'identifiant de la pièce jointe. Les déclencheurs documentent des événements entrants, mais ils ne remplacent pas une action de lecture ou d'écriture dans Bruno.
